 WorkQuest is a job market based on a decentralized community economy. We are a global community of developers, designers, marketers and business experts, working to create the best products on a truly global scale. Everyone who wants to work will find a suitable job here. WorkQuest is a blockchain-based peer-to-peer job marketplace that allows people from all over the world to find work and earn money, using their knowledge and experience. The WorkQuest dApp will be built on the Decentraland virtual platform. It will be a truly immersive experience, allowing employers and employees to interact in a futuristic and creative environment. The DApp will allow employers to post job advertisements and hire employees,  as well as interact with employers, employees, and other WorkQuest service providers. It will also offer users the opportunity to create their own unique avatar, which will be their own 3D model, which will be able to interact with other users and earn MANA, the internal currency of the Decentraland ecosystem.

The WorkQuest ecosystem is   equipped with quite a number of DeFi products that are tailored and targeted at different classes of employees and employers, these products include but are not limited to;

  • WUSD Savings Program:   This product is a solution that empowers employers and employees with 5% of their savings per year in Work USD (WUSD). Regardless of the number, employees and workers from any part of the world are free to take advantage of this product and develop their wealth. Employers usually pay employees in WUSD, so after receiving their salary it is quite easy to make safe and reliable savings in WUSD with interest.

  • WUSD Liquidity Mining Program:   This product is for liquidity miners, 23,000 WUSD has been set aside to be distributed as gifts to employers and employees who are interested in adding WUSD/ETH and WUSD/BNB to the Uniswap and Pancakeswap protocols, respectively. The higher the liquidity created, the bigger their WUSD reward at the end of the month.

  • Retirement Savings Program:   This is a product provided for employees to avail and choose a percentage of the salary received which will be automatically deposited into their retirement savings at an interest rate. This is quite a feature, similar to traditional employee pension schemes but more transparent and reliable.
