PayFrequent se Limited was established in the republic of Seychelles under the Act International Business Companies 2016, having its registered office at Global Gateway 8, Rue de la Perle, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles.

PayFrequent is an issuer that issues cryptographic tokens (i) issued by PayFrequent 
Limited which is a member of the Republic of Se Seychelles under the International Business Companies 
Act 2016, (ii) strictly pegs 1: 1 to the native fiat currency there and (iii) is built on top of 
the Tomochain Network according to the TRC21 standard for tokens.

PayFrequent is a stable value coin that combines the creditworthiness and price stability of Fiat currencies with the advantages of cryptocurrency technology. As a TRC21 compliant token, the PayFrequent Token can be transferred on the Tomochain network.

There are many stable coins on the cryptocurrency market but they are still not accessible to everyone. The main reason is that almost all stablecoins rely on genuine third party coins for their fees and users can only spend them if their real coins are available in their wallet. For example there are only 14,17,053 holders of the top 10 stable ERC20 coins while ethereum accounts have crossed the 91 million mark.
